Where to begin.. from the thorough onboarding and support, to the kindest coworkers I've encountered so far, joining AlertMedia has been the best career decision I could have made. Management, is fair, human and supportive and really encourage a work life balance. I have also never encountered or experienced such positive sentiment from a customer base, it really makes your job easier when a product is great, innovative and a market leader! Higher level management are extremely approachable and have made a conscious effort to engage.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind other than expectations are high. This is reasonable given the mission of our work and the fact that our product saves lives.

The people here are genuinely great. smart. There’s a strong sense of trust and ownership, and leadership is transparent in a way that actually feels real, not performative. It’s a high-growth environment, which means you can make a meaningful impact pretty quickly if you want to. There’s a lot of opportunity to stretch, take on new challenges, and build things that matter. People care about the work, the customers, and each other, which makes a big difference day to day.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies processes are still evolving in some areas, but this isn't a bad thing, just something to be aware of. You have to be comfortable with some ambiguity and figuring things out as you go.
