      Pros

      The owners care about the employees, were still a contract security company so we are bound by the terms and rates of our contracts. But we truly care for our employees. All owners have open door policies and regularly have meeting with officers to hear their concerns directly.

      Cons

      Because of our size we do not have very good medical and dental benefits packages. We are hoping that will change soon.

      Pros

      Everyone in this company works hard, they care about their employees. There is overtime, hours are flexible and work is steady.

      Cons

      The only cons I see is that it is hard to find good employees, ones that want to work. They say they want a job, show up for a couple of days or hours then quit without notice. Then they blame the company, I think that is not professional.

      Full time work Great Competitive Pay Overtime is offered out weekly If you are good at your Job, the Company looks to promote from within Health Benefits If you are a great worker, you could call this company home for many years
