      Nothing to say good about Aker solutions SUBSEA except for posh office but inside the office ( people/ managers/HR ) is rubbish; sorry it's true

      Cons

      Frankly speaking; everything is rubbish. Extremely poor management ( no experience, manners, qualification , only friend of managers). Full of blame game, nobody takes any responsibility, contractor managers(recently some of them became a permanent who close to senior managers. Forget about career progression, training, bonus. Please do not make the mistake I did.

      Good products and potential for getting market share in the gulf

      Cons

      Engineering company with no respect for technical personel or engineers. Only good for project engineer and project managers. Only way to make progress in your career here is to apply for postings, on which the requirements are set keeping in mind already favored candidate. People in management with no MBA, Masters or desired years of experience. Only there cause they are favored. Keep away from this company. HR is worst. Chief Executive officer wants to make the company lean but keeps adding fake layers of management.

      Flexible timings, no pressure, good for home makers who want to avoid their in laws at home

      Cons

      The last 10-15 reviews from India are fake. They were done at the behest of the HR to push up the ratings as hiring is going on for design engineers. The Indian unit is being run by a bunch of unethical people. They promote their family members and close friends. Don't join this company. Low salary
