I am relatively new to AirOps but working here has absolutely been the highlight of my career so far. My day-to-day role lets me work on fun technical challenges and everything about it has lived up the hype. The company is solving interesting problems and helping define a future where agents and humans work together in the enterprise. Leadership deserves a massive shoutout. The founders and leadership team have a clear, ambitious vision for where AirOps is headed, and they communicate it openly and often. You always know what the company is building toward and why it matters. As a new employee and as an individual contributor, I feel like I have a real say and impact on the company trajectory.

* The founders as well as everyone else is extremely collaborative and easy to work with. People care deeply about their own work which is normal but they also care about supporting you. * The product is even better than I expected and we're having moving the needle for customers * People here seem genuinely happy. Poeple smile and laugh in the office (different from where I was previously)
