So this seemed like a great company and they are passionate about what they do. If you enjoy a commission based structure and talking to people, literally everyone, then I'd suggest giving it a shot. It's almost like cold calling but in person.
Cons
For me personally the commission based structure was not ideal given the base pay. It felt like I had to hustle all the time, given that no commission would only equal a small amount in base pay.

I had applied for a marketing position through LinkedIn. Going through the interview process, little information was brought up requiring me to have to be in a 100% sales role. When I went through my first couple of days of training, I found out that I would be standing in Costco every day (7 days a week) selling AT&T phones, which was not the role I had applied for.
