Pros
The founders care a lot about our customers; there's a deeply held belief that company success flows from serving our customers with frequent improvements, and that attitude permeates the culture.
It's a highly collaborative environment—people consistently work through problems together rather than handing things off between functions. The founders are also incredibly hands-on and well-informed about the product and often participate in the problem-solving themselves.
Everyone I've worked with here is smart, kind, capable, and engaged with their work. Each time I've asked for support with a project from other teams, I've been met with enthusiasm.
Leadership and HR also take good care of employees through solid perks and processes (home office budget, learning & development budget, company socials, pay band transparency, RSP matching, and more). The working environment is ideal for anyone who thrives in an environment that focuses on outcomes and ownership. The company is optimized around remote work and collaboration, but still has a nice office space right downtown.
The product is also a market leader in its category, with high scores (4.7+) on sites like G2 and Capterra. Reviewers are particularly vocal about how easy-to-use the tool is.
Cons
Some flip-flopping on things like org structure and processes in the past made it hard to focus on the core work sometimes, though I see this improving.
