      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Addison. It was a great place to learn and grow. I received regular raises and time off when needed. The environment was very laid back and I was given ample space and time to complete projects.

      Cons

      It is a smaller company so pay is as you'd expect, but the amount of work required is adequate to pay.

      Pros

      They allowed me to learn on the job, move up in the company and change my hours as needed. I was able to have children and still be there for them during the day. I also was able to finish my college education while working for them. I cannot say how wonderful it was to work for them.

      Cons

      They are located in smaller towns. If you like the thrill of the big city, working here would not be your best option.

      Pros

      great experience, they help you master your craft and are happy for your successes. Also working in a laid back environment was great. When they found me I had my graphic design degree, but I was working at a bank. They trained me, encouraged my growth. After working for them, I was able to start my own business doing graphic design. They were happy for my success and encouraged me throughout my time there.

      Cons

      It was an entry level job and came with entry level pay. But, in the shoals, so not that big of a drop off.
