#1 problem is that not a single person in the company actually understands digital marketing or sales. Additionally, they treat their employees like garbage. They cut hours at random, they don't provide benefits, they change your hourly pay without warning, they don't train you, they lie to clients, they literally don't do anything productive. Stay far away.

AdSearch appreciates all feedback from former employees. I'm sorry you didn't have the experience that the the vast majority of our current employees are experiencing. Most of our employees are long-term, happy and productive.
Regarding lying to clients, that is something we have never tolerated. Additionally, management consistently monitor calls and provides training so that our customer-facing employees are able to give accurate information to the client of their account, inform them of our strategy, and make appropriate recommendations for actions outside of our control. In the end, we have no reason to lie to our customers as our performance is exemplary-- we actually seek superlative transparency in regards to performance as this helps our phenomenal retention rate.
Again, we are sorry you had a bad experience, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
When I first started working for AdSearch (and when I first truly began my my career in sales) I was relatively new to digital marketing, and relatively inexperienced in sales as a whole. For some reason the owners of the company as well as the sales management staff saw something in me I didn't even realize I had, and that was potential.
It became obvious to me within the first few days of working with AdSearch that this company was different. They wont just work with any business owner, but only for the ones where partnership makes sense for both companies, so basically only if the business owner has huge potential to make a ton of money. It forces you to stay honest, which is a huge pro for working here.
The free company provided lunches absolutely make my day, as well as the free hot chocolate / coffee, is always a great way to start off. Lunch always has team building exercises which I usually have never liked previously, but they're actually a ton of fun.
If you want to work somewhere that will not only train you to be good at your job, (Even with no sales experience), but instead will train you to be great, then you need to work at AdSearch.
Cons
The parking garage across the street costs $10 a day to park your car, but you can opt for a monthly pass that can save you money.
And leaving work sometimes can almost take twice as long as getting here.

Since moving to Tualatin, parking is now free! Additionally, we will add that to the list of places for our work lunches!
I've been very grateful for my time at AdSearch so far and am excited to see what the future holds. My personal experience at the company has been very caring leadership, job growth possibilities, and a great work/life balance.
Cons
Paying for parking was a con, but the company moved locations and now parking is free.
