The best part about working for Actual Insurances is the Flexible working hours, the training and constant support from my manager, other managers within the company and even the Area Manager and Director of the company. The opportunities for promotion are there if you put in the work and show potential. Speaking from my own experience of being promoted to a mentor after only 6/7 months with the company.

I am currently working for Actual Insurances since March 2025 as a Financial Advisor. There has been times where I struggled with time keeping and technology, but the company has been very, very supportive of me on these things. Once I put in the effort and hours and do the work they have always looked after me and facilitated my needs. I would definitely recommend this company and industry to anybody young or old as the environment that they have created is really really good and fun and also has many job opportunities to offer, in terms of growth, if that is something that you wish. The office atmosphere is really good and makes the day so much more enjoyable and we also try to organise nights and dinners out when we can. There is also fantastic training on the job.
