      Pros

      Great company, great culture, really enjoyed my time there. Great people and just a really good team vibe.

      Cons

      Site engineers and construction staff seemed to be really stressed and work lots of hours, but they all managed it well.

      Extremely High Employee and Management Turnover Rate

      A company that has a history of being very successful in the rest of the world in developing and building renewable energy project!

      The US side of the house has an extremely high employee and management turnover rate, except those that are the cause of this turnover stay.

      Pay and benefits were above market.

      Cons

      Engineering and Construction is headed by a micromanager that makes literally every decision in the department. No trust in personnel to make decisions. No work-life balance and no empathy for employees. Management by intimidation and borderline harassment of employees. Upper management CEO (US), management in Spain, and HR see what is happening and either refuse to do anything or don't care. Heavy turnover affects the continuity of teams. Not many long tendered employees. Younger employees will learn a lot because there are many battlefield promotions due to turnover. The company leaves a ton of money on the table due to mismanagement. Stay away as the average tenure is 12-18 months.
