Best company culture, great flexibility, and benefits. No micromanaging is a plus

Cons

I am concerned about my ability to grow and advance in this role. It is hard to have conversations about salary. Huge 401k quarterly fees that eat returns. Easy to get comfortable and lose motivation.

great place to work, leadership cares about work-life balance. for example they often give us an extra half day on the day before a holiday to give people extra time to travel
