Pros
Great location, with easy access to transit (TTC & GO). Clean, organized office space, lots of real plants. Small team - lots of room for growth long-term. Flexibility with Life/Work Balance. Ability to work from home (time to time) especially on snow days. Company Lunches - brings everyone together, improves morale. Team growth and collaboration is supported by the executive team. Young company that has a good structure and foundation.

More direction and leadership from CEO - he is very nice, and sometimes too nice. No Benefits (yet)
