      Cons

      The Training department is excellent, but more detailed and intentional training, including mentoring, is needed. A new hire or newly promoted employee does not know what to ask. Those who have held the position should communicate needs and help create more robust training.

      My experience with this company was exceptional from start to finish. The people I worked with truly cared about their work and consistently strived for excellence. My supervisor was, without question, the best leader I’ve ever worked for—an incredible source of knowledge, support, and genuine team leadership. The company valued its employees and invested in continued training, which made a real difference in day‑to‑day operations and long‑term growth. Everyone I met across the organization was professional, dedicated, and truly exceptional. It was clear that the company hired and retained the best, and I’m grateful to have been part of such a strong, supportive team.

      The workload can be very busy at times and often requires additional hours, so you need to be dedicated and fully committed to keeping up with the pace.
