      Exciting time to work at ADvendio

      Pros

      You receive lots of autonomy with a coaching management style. The product is also used globally by some well known large companies. Management is supportive and you get answers quickly. There is a good work-life balance and remote work flexibility. If someone is excited to work in a startup environment with great growth I would recommend working here.

      Cons

      There are some minor growing pains.

      - Very smart and self-motivated team - Good overall benefits in Chile (working hours, home office, snacks, complimentary health insurance, paid sick days, working hours flexibility) - Good tools to work with

      Cons

      I understand that as the company grows some processes change, some are added and this can be challenging for both employees and the company.
