Working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Animation at AAFT has been a highly rewarding experience. The institute provides a creative and professional environment where faculty members are encouraged to grow, innovate, and share industry-oriented knowledge with students. The management is supportive, the infrastructure is well-equipped for animation and digital arts, and there is a strong focus on practical learning. I appreciate the opportunity to work with passionate students and talented colleagues who create a collaborative and inspiring atmosphere. AAFT also encourages continuous learning through workshops, events, and industry interactions, which helps faculty stay updated with current trends in animation, VFX, gaming, and Unreal Engine technologies.
