      Very comforting to work for an employer with such care towards their Residents, property, and employees. Enjoy coming to work each day to contribute to the success.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with opportunity for advancement. Corporate is there to address any issues that may arise. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Pay seems to be higher than other positions in the area and they offer excellent benefits. Monday through Friday hours and plenty of PTO time to use throughout the year. Thank you AR for making this such a great place to work!
