The company is a growing company and the CEO puts lots of time and energy on his employees. He wants his employees to grow with the company. I think 7 Figure Automation mostly has pros when it comes to the company it’s a great company with lots of possibilities and there is always room to grow when it comes to this company there are some areas that need improvement like any company.

Cons

It seems like he is always out with the old and in with the NEW. In the two + years that I worked at 7 Figure Automation every time there was a change in the company and processes there was a change of the employees as well. So, in the two years I worked there we lost and gained quite a bit of employees I think in total we lost about 8 employees not including when I was fired.
