I can't say the pay is good, but it pays the bills.
Cons
Management is known for their toxic attitude, unrealistic expectations, and just being mean overall. There's also a serious lack of professionalism, that if they want something, they want them now! They won't care who they bypass, you have to move everything for them!
It feels like nothing ever fully settles, because just when you think you understand expectations, something shifts or changes without much explanation, and you're left adjusting again, which might be manageable at first but gets frustrating when it becomes a pattern, especially since it makes it hard to feel confident in anything you're doing.

Thank you for sharing. We understand how frustrating it can feel when expectations shift without clear context, especially in an environment where teams are moving quickly. As a marketing firm, our work does evolve based on client needs, timelines, and performance, but that should never come at the expense of clarity for our team. We’ve been working to improve how we communicate changes, provide better visibility into priorities, and ensure expectations are more clearly defined across projects. Feedback like this helps highlight where we need to continue improving. We appreciate you taking the time to share it.
Management/Partners are not helpful. Expect you to jump in and know the how everything works without proper training of company standards.
Mistakes are magnified with harsh criticism and no solution to fix, just told to not do it again.
Lack of guidance from management, wouldn’t explain things fully and pointed you in the wrong direction to get information.
No organization and always red alert projects.
Work you spend time on completing will be redone without your knowledge or a reason why and told to not do it again.

We’re disappointed to hear that your time with us felt unclear and overly reactive, particularly around onboarding, communication, and feedback. Our goal is to create an environment where team members have the guidance and context they need to succeed. In a fast-moving client environment, priorities can shift, but it’s our responsibility to ensure those changes are communicated clearly and that expectations are well understood from the start.
We’ve been actively working to strengthen onboarding, improve how we communicate project changes, and provide more constructive, solution-oriented feedback so our team feels supported, not frustrated. We appreciate the candid feedback. It helps us identify where we need to improve and continue building a better experience for our team.
