Lunch and office perks overshadowed by low pay and poor management
Pros
- Lunch - Good Office
Cons
* Compensation was below market rates for similar roles and responsibilities, which made long-term career growth less competitive. * The management style involved a high level of oversight, limiting autonomy and opportunities to independently own and execute work. * I felt that concerns and feedback raised to higher levels of management were not always acknowledged or addressed in a timely or effective manner. * I observed instances where decision-making appeared to lack consistency and transparency, creating a perception of favoritism and internal politics. * During my tenure, the Security team experienced significant attrition. Based on my observations and discussions within the team, a recurring workplace issue involving a particular individual appeared to be a major contributing factor for several employees deciding to leave. Multiple concerns were raised regarding this issue, but I did not observe meaningful action being taken to address it. * The overall work environment had a negative impact on my well-being. Certain workplace interactions caused considerable stress and anxiety, and despite raising concerns through appropriate channels, I did not feel that the underlying issues were adequately resolved.
