Shun Tak Holdings has more than a passing interest in shipping, real estate, and hospitality. Through a majority-owned subsidiary, the company provides passenger-ferry service between Hong Kong and Macao and operates a fleet of high-speed passenger ferries in the Asia/Pacific region under the TurboJET trade name. The company also invests in residential and commercial real estate development in Hong Kong and Macao as well as property management in Hong Kong. Shun Tak has holdings in Macao hotels, including stakes in the Mandarin Oriental, the Westin Resort Macau, and the Macau Golf & Country Club. Transportation services account for more than half of the group's revenues.
