Each year, we participate in the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Parkway Run & Walk. With our employees and their family members, we’ve been the largest team for the past nine years! This year, we participated virtually, dressed in our Team SIG shirts. We hosted three virtual classes for our employees, but most just got outside and enjoyed working out with their family to support the cause. We welcomed Carolyn Sinnot, a practicing Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and clinical Supervisor, to speak on the topic of improving self-confidence. Carolyn suggested coping mechanisms to deal with stressful situations and gave advice on how how to reframe your thoughts (and even your failures) to become a more confident person. #IWD2020...Show more
