Founded in 1972, Dominium is a leading affordable housing developer, owner and manager helping tackle the affordable housing crisis. We have a portfolio of more than 38,000 apartments homes in more than 220 apartment communities stretching across almost half of U.S. states. We also operate four regional development offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Minneapolis and Phoenix which helps us develop more much-need affordable housing to new markets across the United States.
