There's no hilarity in the way Celerity controls gas and fluids -- it's serious business. The company designs, engineers, and manufactures precision instruments for advanced gas and liquid delivery systems for the semiconductor and related electronics markets. Celerity's products are also used in equipment for manufacturing flat-panel displays, magnetic and optical storage devices, solar/photovoltaics, and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). Ichor Systems, Inc., formed by American Industrial Partners Capital Fund, acquired the systems integration business in 2009. The company is not related to Celerity Solutions, a software firm.
