The agency -- not to be confused with the not-for-profit organization with the same name -- specializes in direct marketing services that help clients identify, acquire, and retain customers. As a full-service marketing firm, Catalyst provides research, media planning, database development, creative, and evaluation services. Catalyst's clients have included such notable brands as Eastman Kodak, HSBC, and Océ N.V. Owners and managing directors Jeff Cleary and Mike Osborn founded the company in 1990.
