    I worked at AmCheck full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Paychex actually cares about the people that work for them. I have worked for big company's before and they mostly care about money. AmCheck is a company that gets it. They know that if we are happy then we work hard because we are proud of our work. They have always been then for me and my family.

    Cons

    I have gained too much weight because they are buying us lunch and getting snacks and I have not been able to burn them off LOL.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focusing on your workers and we will keep working hard for you.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AmCheck (La Jolla, CA (US)) in December 2013.

    Interview

    Applied online and received a phone call back from the Payroll Manager for initial discussion. Next step was a 1:1 with the Payroll Manager and Managing Partner. A week later, I was invited to come in to meet with some of the team members.
