Job description:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate on the design of web applications, mobile products, and equipment control interfaces, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences across platforms. You will translate complex product requirements into cohesive design systems while maintaining brand consistency.
This position primarily supports New Product Development (NPD) projects, contributing to UI design, while also providing design support for marketing and communications (MarCom) initiatives. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for mobile apps, portal systems, and equipment control screens.
- Transform product requirements wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with usability, accessibility, and best practice design principles.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless digital experiences.
- Maintain consistency across product interfaces, adhering to brand standards and design system guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on user research, feedback, and product insights.
- Create and maintain efficient and reusable design systems to streamline workflows and ensure scalability.
- Multimedia & Marketing Support
- Conceptualize, design, and produce digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, flyers, and social media assets.
- Develop visually engaging graphics, animations, and video content that communicate key messages effectively.
- Ensure marketing materials are high-quality, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience.
- Explore motion and animation to elevate both product interfaces and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong UX/UI design foundation with proven product experience.
- Experience designing for web and application-based products.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and marketing teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and execution.
Tools Proficiency
- Figma, QT Design Studio, and other prototyping tools.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- JIRA
- Power BI (a plus)

- Hybrid
- Mondays and Fridays (Work from Home)

- Mid-shift: 12nn to 10pm
- Additional every 2nd Friday rest day
