About the Role

Join our dynamic team and take ownership of end-to-end operations for our innovative On-Body Injector (OBI) platform. In this role, you’ll lead critical initiatives across new product development, customizations, scale-up, cost optimization, and life cycle management. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver on key business objectives while shaping the future of OBI technology. Working alongside the E2E Value Stream Leader, you’ll define and execute a robust manufacturing network strategy that ensures supply continuity and cost efficiency.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll drive cost improvement programs, support R&D integration for design enhancements, and manage project budgets, resources, and capital investments. You’ll provide technical leadership to overcome operational challenges, conduct capacity planning aligned with demand forecasts, and develop strategic scenarios to address constraints.
