The AI Implementation Engineering Manager role is a hands-on engineering leadership role, responsible for driving multiple global projects that advance our business objectives through the strategic implementation of AI-based technical systems. You will lead the design, integration, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems for industrial automation, with a strong emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize manufacturing processes. Your work will include developing and deploying machine learning models, automating quality control, and enabling predictive maintenance, ensuring our operations remain at the forefront of innovation.
In addition, you will play a key role in a global IT system migration project, supporting the transition of legacy platforms. This will involve coordinating system testing, validation, and troubleshooting across multiple regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
As a technical leader, you will collaborate across teams to champion AI adoption, deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and reliability, and support the seamless integration of advanced digital solutions into our manufacturing environment.

Duties and responsibilities
Education and experience:
Bachelors in computer science, Software Engineering or similar and 8 + years of product development experience.
Experience: 3–5 years professional experience in Python;
2+ years in Machine Learning and production deployment of ML models.
Strong hands-on skills with PyTorch, TensorRT, Python, and proficient in JavaScript
Experience integrating with third party solutions
Familiarity with networking, DNS and storage concepts.
Strong Shell and Python scripting skills.
Experience with source control tools like Git or Bitbucket.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
Passionate about continuous learning and leveraging modern technologies.
Must be willing to work on a distributed team.
A solution mindset, and enthusiastic, strong, technical generalist
Familiarity with common data processing and computer vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Proven project management experience as it relates to delivery timelines and commitments
Strong knowledge of APIs
Familiar with NoSQL and SQL databases, Serverless
Familiar with object detection, classification, segmentation, YOLO, VLMs, and SAM
Hands-on hardware experience: You’ve worked with embedded devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson), industrial cameras, or similar hardware in field deployments
Computer vision experience: Familiarity with computer vision inference pipelines
Self-starter: You operate with autonomy and know when to escalate versus when to fix it yourself
Problem-solving mindset: You’re resourceful and calm when debugging issues on-site under time constraints
Python and Bash scripting: Able to write scripts to automate routine tasks or customize device behavior
Linux and Networking Proficiency: Comfortable with system-level debugging, interface configuration, and tools like nmcli, ifconfig, systemd, and docker
Experience with PoE cameras (e.g., Basler, Lucid Vision) or IP camera configuration
