Job Description:

• Cooking and Station Management: Setting up and operating specific assigned stations.
• Prep: Following recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste while maintaining consistent taste across every plate.
• Quality Control: Continuously taste-testing batches of salsas, guacamole, etc. to adjust seasoning and ensure freshness.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining a strictly organized and sanitized workstation, following HACCP guidelines, and monitoring refrigeration temperature logs.
• Collaboration: Working in sync with other line cooks.
• Service Coordination: Communicating with front-of-house staff regarding daily specials, ingredient shortages, and customer dietary restrictions or allergies.
