What you'll be doing
To provide advanced and complex patient care within their area of specialty that reflect current standards of nursing practices and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
The CNS2 will provide the day-to-day clinical leadership for the Coffs Harbour Opioid Agonist Treatment Service and support the orientation of all new nursing staff. The incumbent will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager.

You are an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in opioid treatment services and a passion for clinical excellence. You bring strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Committed to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice, you have the knowledge and experience to support staff development and enhance patient outcomes within a specialist clinical environment.
