  • Send clear and concise project status updates as needed.
  • Use continuous improvement methods to identify ways to optimize program effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
  • Provide System Engineering management responsibilities for projects engaged in research and/or product development.
  • Participate in the development, bid and award, and negotiation of supplier contracts and contract changes.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers.

Qualifications for Operations Program Manager
