Bad interviewres, were not informative and didnt help at all
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at yad2 (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Apr 2025
Interview
I had 4 interviews, most of them behavioral and managerial expertise.
They are looking for someone to fit their "dna". Someone enthusiastic, passionate for the job, smily, confident, and probably "young" spirit. I was asked to come 2 times to the office, the communication and feedback seemed promising but eventually I havent got an offer. Didnt get a proper feedback for the decline reason.

Question 1
HR - behavioral. Looking for the right company "dna".
CTO. Managerial - a scenario of a problematic team member is presented. You need to show how you will result with that.
They are looking to see that you are approaching to the problematic team member needs and what motivates him.
Great communication, wait time between answers are very short. Not letting you hold time.
Giving you the feel that you're in a good place.
Both interviewer and hr are great.
