yad2 interview questions

I had 4 interviews, most of them behavioral and managerial expertise. They are looking for someone to fit their "dna". Someone enthusiastic, passionate for the job, smily, confident, and probably "young" spirit. I was asked to come 2 times to the office, the communication and feedback seemed promising but eventually I havent got an offer. Didnt get a proper feedback for the decline reason.

Great communication, wait time between answers are very short. Not letting you hold time. Giving you the feel that you're in a good place. Both interviewer and hr are great.
