Interview
The interview process is ideal for any candidate. In my case, it was 1 phone interview & 1 in-person interview. The 1st interview is more of a "culture fit" type of call. The 2nd interview is comprehensive & it is imperative to prepare diligently!

Question 1
I am waiting for the decision in regard to an offer. There is no "pending" option above. I won't give away the questions, as it is not fair to Vdiscovery to tell others what they may ask. I will divulge the type of questions that were asked. The owner Myron is looking for how you go about particular tasks/requirements. For example: If you are applying to be a customer service representative, you may be asked to describe how you de-escalated a conflict/disgruntled customer.

Interview
I applied on Indeed, submitting my resume, and took two assessment tests. Two days later, I received a phone call from an employee of the company asking when I can come in for an interview. On the day of the interview, I met with the head of the company for 30 minutes. There were no pleasantries and he was cold, rude, and condescending about my previous work experience. A separate employee interviewed me and he was significantly warmer. The two of them spoke outside the conference room and established that they would not move forward with my candidacy due to lack of experience. Yet, my resume was on file and all that information was available to them before they brought me.
