I am a situational leader. Trying to adapt my style to the situation. Overall I am a very collaborative leader. Like to give voice to my team and I listen to their feedback and opinions. I build my leadership on trust and respect. I take the last decision but not before listening to the team. Well apparently they did not like it since they are looking for a very autocratic leader to manage a team of very unmotivated people. So Motivation with a whip! No thanks.
