THE ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE INTERVIEW: They gave a non technical person a bunch of technical questions to ask people for a screening. I would answer the question, but because all she had was a piece of paper with questions and answers on it, if it was not to her EXACT specifications she would not only tell me i was wrong but treat me like i was dumb.
I wasn't responded to after this screening, because she must have thought I was stupid. Luckily I went on to get a job as a technical lead at another company. If this is the kind of effort this company puts into hiring, i can only imagine what the rest of management is like
