The interview process at ixamBee consisted of four rounds. It began with an initial HR screening where my background and role alignment were discussed. This was followed by a technical and managerial round with the reporting manager, focusing on my skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. The third round was with the AVP, which involved high-level strategic questions to assess my domain expertise, leadership ability, and long-term fit within the organization. The final round was again with HR, which covered salary negotiation, joining timeline, and other formalities.
