Interview
The interview process was quick and they didn't drag it out. I was impressed by how fast it moved. I wish more companies followed a similar procedure. Great Great Great
Extremely smooth process. Two calls (one with the recruiter and one with the manager) and an in person interview. All in all it took about 2 weeks to complete the process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iTrustCapital (Agoura Hills, CA)
Interview
So, here's what the interview process looks like: it's spread out over four weeks and has four stages. First, you'll have a screening interview where they'll check if you have the basic qualifications for the job. Next up is an interview with the creative director, where they'll want to see if you're creative, strategic, and can play well with others. After that, you'll have a screening with someone else from the team or HR. This one's just an extra check to make sure you're a good fit for the role. Finally, there's a technical interview with a software engineer (SWE), where they'll test your tech skills by having you implement an API in React. The interview process can be a bit tricky to prepare for since they don't give you much information. I mean, I tried my best to extract as much as I could from them, but they weren't super communicative about what to expect from each interview.
