I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Very easy, just be confident. Only tech related question was what is object oriented programming. Besides that very basic how would you handle this student situation. They are mainly looking for outgoing individuals that are going to go out of their way to make learning fun for the kiddos. Definitly reccommend for a first programming related job. Good to have if you cant find an internship and need a job.
Online application and then a zoom interview. Process was really simple and straightforward. They asked basic questions like how you would deal with trouble shooting with parents and kids, and how you handle time management.
Two rounds: you first submit a video of you teaching a lesson it can be on any subject, and then a zoom interview with regional manager where you go over different scenarios and how you would react
Had to record an example of a quick lesson, teaching some material from their list of topics. Then there was a phone interview of behavioral questions, and gauging what topics you understood.
