Really straight forward process and straight to the point. Interviewers are really nice and friendly. You would have rounds to make sure all team stakeholders agree to get you onboard.

5 rounds in total - hiring manager, region head, COO, VPs. Not difficult, more like a cultural/vibe check. Lean team in Hong Kong, expanding office. Not so competitive package tho

2nd round involved Senior Vice Presidents and the Managing Director. Received an offer within a week of the second round.
