      Humiliation maybe? I participated in an interview process with a group of 25 candidates, which felt crowded and poorly managed, leaving a lasting negative impression. The process began with a large group call that lacked structure, making it difficult to contribute meaningfully. Following that, there were short, 1:1 interviews, each lasting only 10 minutes. During my session, the panel displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. I noticed that some panel members seemed disinterested, with one even appearing to doze off at one point, which significantly affected the atmosphere and professionalism of the interview. While I acknowledge the challenges of coordinating interviews on such a large scale, the process could greatly benefit from improvements. A more organized structure, ensuring the engagement of all panelists, and providing constructive feedback to candidates would not only make the experience more professional but also show greater respect for the time and effort candidates invest. I hope this feedback contributes to improving future interview processes and helps create a more respectful and engaging experience for all participants.
