Very thorough 3 round interview. Interviewer invested enough time to understand the candidate and let the candidate explain how they can contribute. Manager, SeniorManager, VP and HR had interviewed in the rounds which let. the candidate face and respond to all types of questions - technical and non technical and understand the companys expectations really well.

Situational, tailored to the role, mainly to test how promptly the candidate can think on the feet and find the most efficient solution to the problem described.
Written,HR, and Technical/Project Management Related First round was written with basic aptitude and project management questions.Second round was hr with common know-how session. Then was technical which was mostly related to project management.
