Interview
Had a screening session and then a conversation with a VP of Engineering. The process was smooth, in depth technical conversations, details about the company, project, overall team structure and practices during development, goals as an employee, etc. I like the staff and empathy of everyone i've got to meet in the company. The hiring process was straightforward and very transparent. Recommended!

Question 1
Technologies and best practices i used in the past and relevance of them in the project.
With DataRockets the job interview process is pretty simple and includes three face-to-face interviews.
1 - Screening - a preliminary interview to determine whether you're a viable candidate for the job.
2 - First interview - the main goals are to assess your skills and experience. Be ready for live coding.
3 - Second interview - includes deeper and more specific questions to follow up on certain topics from the first part and allow you to demonstrate strong soft skills
They asked some basic questions. For example, do you have previous experience? Can you speak Russian?
I didn't find it difficult to answer the recruiter's questions, but they have asked me to gain more commercial experience.
