Pretty straight forward - the CRO was the recruiter and hiring manager all wrapped into one.
After initial interview with hiring manager you meet with 3 other individuals, all seemed very nice.
It was up to meet to reach out to the next person to interview and set up a time.
Start-up company but all the people seemed genuine. It just lacked structure in the process and cover the basics like salary/OTE.

Question 1
When one of the sales representatives asked, “How would you sell Dataplor?” the question felt overly broad and open-ended. To extract a meaningful response, she should have framed it around specific methodologies or sales approaches.
