Toxic work environment .the management doesn't care about it's staff.poor renumeration and unnecessary pressure.i would recommend they look at the work culture and the management should listen to the juniors views if anything is to change.
Interview witb d.light is first digital and virtually conducted remotely with the HR team for at least two stages followed by only submission of credentials vial googl emails. Then a physical interview is conducted with the CEO if your possition requires such a process. After which if you make it through an offer email will be sent to you notifying you your date of resumption for unboarding.
