bp Senior Service Engineer interview questions

I was informed that I was successful candidate for interview on 19/02/2024. I have my initial interview on 20/03/2024, a month after I applied for this role. I was informed that I will receive a feedback after a week. I have to chase for this on 16/04/2024 nearly a month as my application on the portal was active which made me think they haven't decided, yet. Then I have received the automated email and I was informed that they will not progress with my application further. This is so inefficient for a high esteemed company like BP. The candidates should not be chasing for feedback after a month. I am very disappointed from my experience with BP recruitment process.
