Interview
The situational judgement tests that are generic cross firms. Followed by a pre-recorded interview to discuss past experience. The in person interview consisted of a Case study (released the day before), q&a on the case study, personal interview and technical interview
For the video interview, I was asked about new energy, "Why" questions, personal development need, teamwork, adapt to change and overcome obstacles, example for critical thinking to solve problems. For each question, you have 2 chances to record the video.

Lengthy and thorough, even though I did not get accepted I believe the interview questions very thorough and reaches upon situational judgement. The numerical and verbal assessment were challenging however reflected the types of challenges that might be faced in that type of role.

Multiple tests online (Numerical etc), Video Interview, Technical interview and then an Assessment Centre which was a repeat of the Technical Interview and a group task which was a negotiation.
