bp Business Development interview questions

I applied online, and after one month an HR representative scheduled a telephone interview. After that, another HR representative sent me an email to schedule a panel interview with the Hiring Manager. They moved the interview 3 times. The lengh of the telephone interview was one hour and there were 3 people asking behavioral questions about their values. It was very robotic. After that, the HR representative told me that she was going to call me to tell me about the final decision. Some months later, I still waiting for that call. I followep up but I didn't have any kind of closing, neither an aswer to tell me that the position was covered or I wasn't the profile they were looking for... Nothing! That's why my overall experience is negative and I think it is disrespectful for the candidate
