Its pretty simple out there, when talking about Sales (Business Development) all they're looking forward to is Strong Communication and Confidence. The rounds included a session for Group Discussion, followed by an Interview round. The interviewer would only gauge you on your confidence, your communication flair and above all how do you convince. You need to sell yourself before the interviewer, put all your skills on the table and make sure you have prepared something as your own USP! The interviewer will give you all the scope to talk, make sure you sound sensible and interesting, if you pull words which mean bogus, then it goes as a negative sign. Make a note of that.
