Zimmerman Associates interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter about a position I applied for. Quick interview where they described the position in detail and the company benefits, how contracting works, etc. Then described the onboarding process.

In person at off site location with several managers ... very thorough well prepared questions reviewing relevant experience and how it would apply to position needs. Many questions about what you see as most important duties and responsibilities for the position and how you would approach accomplishing those. There was also per-interview work assignment to accomplish and demonstrate/present your results at the interview.
