ZimVie interview questions

The interview process started off fine and felt conversational. I had a positive impression of the hiring manager initially, but after being asked for availability for a final interview, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no update, no courtesy communication. It’s extremely unprofessional, especially considering candidates take time away from their workday to participate. After waiting over two weeks expecting next steps, I received only an automated email instead of a direct response. Very disappointing experience. Do better ZimVie at training your staff.

Went through 4 interviews, had to take PTO for 2 of the interviews one being a final ride along interview where I spent money out of my own pocket just to get to only be completely ghosted after. I was weary of the company after seeing similar reviews on here but gave them the benefit of doubt. Very unprofessional and disappointing I wouldn’t waste your time if you’re considering interviewing.
